He put the new roof on just a week after I first called, and most of that time was waiting on ins. They cleaned up perfectly. James was very professional and easy to work with. Although Team Texas Construction had the lowest bid among those I solicited, they provided some items at no additional cost that other companies considered to be upgrades and charged extra for them. Among the no-cost upgrades was a synthetic underlayment and new attic vents. The crew that performed the work was courteous, efficient and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

Mr, Bateman responded very quickly every time, when we quoted, when we got material samples, to perform the job. From the time we first contacted him to the time the job was done was about about a week and a half and I took about half the time making decisions. I had quoted a couple other contractors and team texas' price was the most reasonable; their craftsmanship on my roof was great and they cleaned up after themselves real good. All in all I am very satisfied with this contractor and I would highly recommend.

Everything went well; delays due to weather, but he always called or stopped by to update us on project status; workers always on time; when one worker quit suddenly, the contractor came and completed the work himself.

Called the provider to get a quote. He arrived at the scheduled time and fully explained the different types of shingles and costs. We looked at color samples and then decided on the shingle color. I wasn't quite sure of the shingle color so he dropped off some samples. After viewing the samples, I decided on the color of shingles. We then decided on a date for the new roof installation. He arrived on the date of the installation, on time, and his crew completed the work on time. After the work was completed, they cleaned and walked the yard to make sure that all of the trash had been collected. His cost for the new roof was inline with other quotes that I had received from other vendors. Very professional and courteous and I would recommend him to anyone wanting a new roof. Completed roof should last a long time and it looks beautiful.

I called James Bateman on Monday & James came to my house same day. James looked at where the water spot was and proceeded to go on roof repaired and even went above and beyond. James cut tree branches that were hanging over roof and cleaned out gutters. I wasn't expecting James to come as quickly as he did knowing he had allot of commitments lined up for roof jobs in the Wylie area. Team Texas Construction/Roofing is a Professional, Quality, Reliable company. Team Texas put a new roof on my house in 2012. Of all the blind choices I have made in my life this one was one of the best. Six years ago I met James from Team Texas when he was working on a neighbor's roof after a huge storm. My roof had been trashed from hail storms and a pesky squirrel that would not find another home. James said he would meet the insurance people (who had already turned me down to replace my roof) and he did. They not only agreed to replace my roof but all other damage that had been done to my house due to the storms. From the time his crews started working on my house until the day they were finished, James was here making sure everything was done correctly.

His crews were professional working inside and outside repairing damage to my home, they finished on time and I have a beautiful roof. James took care of all the paper work and dealt directly with my insurance company. It is such a relief not to have to worry every time it rains fearing water damage. The reason I am writing this now, 6 years later, is, we recently had another hail storm and i had some minor damage to a few places on my roof. After 6 years, I called James. He sent his guy out and repaired the places of concern on my roof, and didn't charge me a dime. Soooo not only did James and Team Texas construction do an amazing job repairing my roof and other hail damage to my home, the warranty on his work and his willingness to just help out is exceptional. I would recommend Team Texas Construction to anyone. You will be so happy when you chose them, just like me!

They were very professional and pricing was reasonable. He did the repairs as he promised. He does not try to do other work that is not needed, like some of the other roofers tried to get me to do. I called Team Texas this morning and spoke to James. He was on his way out for an appointment but quickly went to my house to see what my roofing needs. This is a small repair that he said he can do right away and he called one of his guys to fix it. Two hours later, my roof has been fixed. James and his team are awesome guys!

When I need a roofer to replace my hail damaged roof in January, I asked around and one of my friend highly recommended this company. It turns out that two of our mutual friends also used this company before to replace their roof and all three of them are very happy with the job done. James is very professional from the start to the end when replacing my roof, he delivered everything as promised in a timely manner and his quote is very reasonable. I will definitely use this company again should I ever need a roofer in the future.

I have dealt with James Bateman of Team Texas Construction on multiple projects from 2010 thru 2016, and I have always been satisfied. Yes, there are bigger companies out there, and there are a lot of companies with slicker marketing, but I won't buy from a sales rep who never personally hammers anything and has never even met his coworkers who do. It was clear to me that James really understands what he's selling, and he stayed personally involved with every detail of each job until they were completely done (including my claims with 2 different insurance companies over the years). He has become very easy to work with (email/text friendly), and obviously Team Texas has proven that it is not one of those companies which disappears overnight. I will not hesitate to use Team Texas whenever I have another need.

James and his entire crew are wonderful. We put a roof on in 2010 on our first home and when when to storms hit our new home we called Team Texas immediately. I highly recommend them and if we need another roof I will not hesitate to call.

I called in the morning and they were out to my house that same afternoon. There was some water pooling on my roof. He gave me the cause and price to repair straight forward and fixed it that same day. Very straight forward and he took the time to explain everything to me before asking if I wanted to go forward with repairs.

The owner of this business is ethical, professional, reliable, and has superior experience. He used two crews to finish my roof in one day in order to avoid a predicted storm. They came back the next day to clean up and I'm surprised how clean they were able to get it. The roof looks better than it ever has. Shingles were applied in a manner that enhanced dimensionality. He used the high quality boots that matched the period of my home. I'm extremely pleased with my new roof and how James at Team Texas Construction worked with my insurance adjuster.
