I’m James Bateman, the proud owner of Team Texas Construction LLC.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I’ve been working in the construction industry since I was a young teenager. My uncle hired me to help him with his roofing business as a laborer, and over time he taught me how to install roofing materials.

After gaining valuable experience, I decided to start my own business to help homeowners with roofing repairs and replacements. I hit the ground running in 2009 and made a successful start, thanks mainly to my extensive industry background.

Over the past three decades, the industry has changed considerably. For example, I’ve recently noticed inexperienced roofing salespeople knocking on doors and offering free roof inspections.

Some know what they are doing, but others get up on roofs and create damage to reflect hail impacts. Homeowners should be aware of these fraudulent tactics.

Therefore, I work with integrity, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart is my truthfulness when explaining to clients what they require. My honesty has enhanced my reputation as a trustworthy contractor.

I also attribute my success to always doing my best for each client, as I’m passionate about completing repairs and offering quality craftsmanship at an affordable price. Therefore, it’s gratifying to meet satisfied homeowners after improving their homes. When I’m not climbing up ladders, I enjoy playing golf and spending time with family.
