James Bateman simply made this a painless experience. He answered every time I called, and was always personable yet professional. He put the new roof on just a week after I first called, and most of that time was waiting on ins. They cleaned up perfectly. James tried to be very fair with us and we would recommend him for any service his company provides. Roof looks great!
